The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate, making it easy to get on and off. It's about an 8-minute drive from the Central district, French Quarter, and Superdome. While the end of the road location is a bit sketchy, it serves well for urgent visits to New Orleans. However, there are concerns about potential fraudulent activities and a serious breach of identity theft in the Galleria area.

Upon arrival, my room was not ready despite requesting an early check-in. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with stained carpets and a bathroom floor that had not been properly cleaned. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was not ideal, being near a funeral home and lacking any significant views, but it served its purpose. The dining experience was subpar with limited options, but the facilities seemed well-maintained. I found the value for money borderline on fraud, considering the condition of the room.

The hotel was awesome, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean and available from 3 pm until 4 am. The service was amazing, although there were delays in starting with appetizers and breakfast. The location was nice overall, but not ideal if you need to go downtown without a car. The dining experience was poor, with a forgettable order and a disappointing breakfast offering for the price.
